Description

Delivering business growth requires manufacturing companies to explore new opportunities whilst exploiting existing product markets. The module covers strategic issues and methods, including strategic decision-making and the nature and source of competitive advantage to explore how managers can develop strategies to achieve business growth within ever changing international manufacturing markets. Companies need the ability to use different strategy development methods and disperse strategic thinking through the company in order to remain competitive and adaptable. Building upon knowledge gained from previous modules and participants' experience, the module explores theoretical and practical concepts to help managers address these new strategic and organisational demands.
